Leo Express even closer to Polish passengers
New ticket office in Warsaw and self-service kiosks at railway stations
Warsaw, 24 February 2026
International carrier Leo Express is further strengthening its presence on the Polish market. Along with the launch of regular train services from Warsaw on 1 March 2026, it will open its own ticket office at Warszawa Zachodnia station. This will make Leo Express the only Czech carrier to have a physical ticket office in Warsaw. At the same time, it is working on introducing self-service ticketing kiosks at stations along its routes to offer passengers a wider and more convenient option for purchasing tickets.
"Leo Express will become the only Czech railway carrier to open a ticket office in Poland, directly at one of Warsaw's main railway stations. The cooperation with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe has been extremely friendly and efficient from the very beginning. Thanks to clear communication and the common goal of improving services for passengers, we managed to prepare the opening of the ticket office at the same time as the first train from Warsaw," says Emil Sedlařík, spokesman for Leo Express.
The ticket office at the newly renovated Warszawa Zachodnia station will open on 1 March 2026 and will offer full service, including ticket sales and customer support. Thanks to close cooperation with the infrastructure manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe, it was possible to arrange the opening of the ticket office in a very short time.

Leo Express kiosks at other Polish railway stations
At the same time, Leo Express is working intensively on the gradual placement of self-service sales kiosks at other major railway stations on its routes. In the future, these will facilitate the purchase of tickets and increase the availability of information for passengers in Poland.
The company has also been selling tickets via the popular KOLEO platform for a long time, thus systematically expanding the availability of its offer.
Poland is one of Leo Express' key markets. Therefore, the carrier has been investing in steps that enable it to be as close to Polish passengers as possible. In addition to expanding its sales channels and physical presence in Warsaw, Leo Express offers a mobile app and website in Polish, a range of fares that Polish customers are used to, and customer service with a Polish-speaking team.
