Our staff carefully inspect all seats and storage at the final stations. We store and keep a record of all found forgotten items on www.eztraty.cz.

I found a forgotten thing, what should I do?

We will be very happy if you hand it over directly to our onboard staff or at our ticket office.
If you also know the seat number, we can contact the owner directly.
