Global Financial Director

Leo Express is a company with a friendly atmosphere, full of hardworking people and bold ideas that we are not afraid to implement. We are now looking for a Global Financial Director to be a part of our journey to build the future of public transport across Europe.

What will your tasks look like? 

• strategic financial planning for the entire Leo Express group 
• developing and managing budgets 
• creating the company’s business plans 
• management of the financial department 
• representing the company towards third parties (state administration, banks, auditors, tax advisors) 
• developing an investment plan  
• regular cash flow control 
• reporting to the CEO and to the Board of Directors 

 What do we expect from you? 

• minimum of 5 years' experience in finance in a similar global position at the same level or at the level of financial controller, financial analyst, manager from an audit firm
• knowledge of new laws, tax regulations, foreign accounting (for a foreign company), etc.
• management skills – ability to lead people effectively
• personality: excellent analytical thinking, meticulousness, attention to detail and at the same time ability to think strategically globally, resilience to pressure, good communication skills
• university degree in economics and other finance qualification such as MBA, CFA or ACCA
• experience in setting up processes and controls
• excellent knowledge of English (German / Spanish / French of advantage)
• Czech / Slovak native speaker
• hands-on mindset, logical and analytical thinking
• advanced knowledge of MS office (especially excel)
