Why and how?

How to Collect Points for the Loyalty Program?

Children and Juniors can earn points for every trip on our trains on the Prague – Bohumín/Prešov/Warsaw/Bratislava route and back.
Points must be stamped on the game card by the onboard staff directly on the train. Points cannot be collected retroactively, so don't forget to ask for the stamp.
Participation in the Kids' Loyalty Program requires registration in the Smile Club loyalty program.
Prizes and points are updated after each period.
Points cannot be collected on regional routes or on bus and partner connections.

What are the periods for collecting stamps in the loyalty program?

Both winnings and points are reset after one period has elapsed. This means that the game card is always valid only for the period indicated on the game card.

You can obtain a playing card when purchasing a ticket in the Child or Junior tariff at our ticket offices in Prague, Olomouc, Ostrava, Bratislava and Warsaw or directly on board our trains.

Do I have to sit in the seats reserved for the kids' zone to collect points?

No, you can choose your preferred seat in any travel class. We recommend the kids' zone primarily for parents with small children or strollers.

What is the e-mail field on the back of the card for?

The e-mail address is used to verify membership in the Smile Club loyalty program. It will also be used to contact the winner of the special prize draw.

The game card must be filled out by a legal guardian or another family member over the age of 16 who is registered in the Smile Club loyalty program. The e-mail address provided must be that of the person who filled out the game card.

How to collect your prize?

You can collect your prize at our ticket offices in Prague, Olomouc, Ostrava, Bratislava and Warsaw after collecting 5, 10, or 20 points on your game card. To claim your prize, you need to submit the completed card with your e-mail address and the corresponding number of points. Each card is valid for one prize only – to claim another prize, you must collect more points and fill out a new card.

The number of prizes available in each competition period is limited, and once they are all claimed, it will no longer be possible to collect a prize.

How can I participate in the competition to visit the train driver's cabin and win 5000 leo credits?

Every passenger who collects their prize within 14 days after the end of the game period and submits the game card at one of our ticket offices will automatically be entered into the competition. Don't forget to fill in your e-mail address on the game card so we can contact you in case you win. A winner will be drawn every six months.
