Discounts for disabled people are provided in all our trains and buses. All of our trains are low-floor and our willing stewards will always help you. Unfortunately our buses are not barrier-free.

Traveling with a wheelchair, a guide or an assistance dog
- With a wheelchair
- You don't pay anything for the wheelchair.
- If you are travelling with a wheelchair, we will automatically arrange everything necessary for your safe getting on and off after you purchase your ticket. We will confirm the arranged transport by e-mail no later than 24 hours before departure.

- With a guide
- If you travel with a guide, they don't have to pay anything on the territory of the Czech Republic. The guide has to be only one person and older than 10 years.
- If you travel with a guide, you cannot take an assistance dog with you.
- With an assistance dog
- Your assistance dog travels for free, but it has to be on lead for the whole time. It is also necessary for the dog to have its harness of an assistance dog on for the whole time.
- If you travel with an assistance dog, you cannot take a guide with you.
